ReplyRight is a SaaS platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate draft responses to customer reviews on platforms including Google Business Profile and Yelp. Users review and approve responses before they are posted.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service you represent that you are 18 or older.
ReplyRight offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new accounts. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to continue using the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
ReplyRight uses artificial intelligence to generate draft review responses. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before it is posted. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated responses. You assume full responsibility for any content posted to review platforms through our Service.
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google and Yelp. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or platform policies that may affect our Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReplyRight and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and review content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyRight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Tyler, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
